STARRING
Malcolm Storry as Gandalf
Storry has performed many seasons for the RSC, including an appearance in the 2005 production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He was most recently seen in The Royal Hunt of the Sun at the National Theatre. His films include The Last of the Mohicans and The Scarlet Letter.
James Loye as Frodo
Loye originated the role of Frodo in the Toronto production in 2006. Prior to The Lord of the Rings, he appeared as Prince Charming on a tour of the Young Vic’s Sleeping Beauty.
Michael Therriault as Gollum
Therriault won the Canadian Dora Award for Best Actor in a Musical for creating the role of Gollum in Toronto. His credits include starring as Leo Bloom in the Canadian production of The Producers, for which he also won a Dora. He appeared in Fiddler on the Roof on Broadway and has performed for seven seasons at Stratford, Ontario.
Jerome Pradon as Aragorn
Pradon is a veteran of the international stage, having featured in numerous productions in Britain, France, Canada and Scandinavia. Notable credits include Les Miserables and Martin Guerre in the West End, Titanic at the Théâtre Royal, Liege and the one-man show Crime of Passion at the Pleasance Dome Theatre, Edinburgh.
