Elton John and Lee Hall’s award-winning musical Billy Elliot celebrated its 1000th performance at the West End's Victoria Palace Theatre on 4 October. To mark the occasion, all of the boys that currently play Billy took a bow (tutus and all!) and then partied backstage. If you've been following what delights this particular cast of youngsters, than you needn't ask what was was served at the celebration. Cake all around, of course. This is one West End ensemble that has quite a sweet tooth! (And they deserve it. Here's to at least another 1000 performances!)
